Drop in the raw Odoo export (the same columns as the Odoo Data sheet). The generator groups the lines by PO, adds up PO, SO, delivered and received quantities, and tags each PO with a status as of today. The file stays in your browser and is not uploaded anywhere.
Odoo raw data
| PO CREATE DATE | DESTINATION | ORIGIN | PO# | SO# | PO QTY | SO QTY | DELIVERED | RECEIVED | QTY VARIANCE | DELIVERY DATE | STATUS | REMARKS |
|---|
How each status is decided
| Status | Rule (checked in this order) |
|---|---|
| Completed | PO QTY is more than 0 and PO QTY = SO QTY = DELIVERED = RECEIVED. |
| Variance | QTY VARIANCE (RECEIVED minus DELIVERED) is not 0, and either there is no delivery date or the days since delivery are past the SLA. |
| Expected Delivery Today | QTY VARIANCE is not 0 and the days since delivery equal the SLA. |
| Open Purchase Order | QTY VARIANCE is not 0 and the days since delivery are still within the SLA. |
| Pending | Nothing delivered yet and no delivery date. |
| (blank) | None of the above. |
Lines are grouped by PO. Quantities add up the lines with that PO and its SO#. The delivery date is taken from the first line that has a delivery reference, for example "PMW/OUT/71067 - 10/26/2026 02:05:45". Days since delivery are counted to today (Manila time). SLA: 2 days from a warehouse origin, 3 days from a store origin. An origin ending in "Store" counts as a store; any other origin, such as TECH IT EASY VENTURES INC. or TECHNEXUS, counts as a warehouse. Remarks are kept in this browser only, per PO#, and go into the export.
